PROPRIETARY PLATFORMS

Software you can adopt, from a team that runs it.

Products we own, operate, and are accountable for. Each is in production today, improves for every customer at once, and comes with one team behind it rather than a project that ends.

WHY A PLATFORM

Bought, not built. Run, not handed over.

Some problems are the same in every organisation that has them. For those, a platform we own beats a custom build: it is in production on day one, it gets better for every customer at once, and there is one accountable operator behind it. Everything else, we build to order.

WHAT WE OWN

ActaCore

PHARMACY QUALITY INFRASTRUCTURE

Certificate of Analysis operations for compounded medicine.

ActaCore captures every certificate of analysis as it arrives from the laboratory, screens it by machine before a human sees it, keeps it in a record that cannot be silently edited, and lets a provider, patient or inspector verify a lot in seconds. It is the trust layer a category built on documentation has been missing.

About ActaCore

RetainRx

CLINICAL RETENTION

Patient retention for compounding pharmacy practices.

Patients on long-course protocols drop off around the point where early results plateau, and nothing watches the behavioural layer between the prescription and the outcome. RetainRx gives that layer a system, with a deliberate separation between behavioural data and clinical decisions: clinical judgment stays with the provider.

Deployed

Additional platforms are in development. We announce them when they reach customers, not before.

HOW OWNERSHIP WORKS HERE

Separate products. Explicit boundaries.

A studio that owns products and also builds for clients has to be disciplined about which is which. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.

01

Client work stays the client’s

Systems and data we build under contract belong to the client. We do not fold a client’s confidential information or configuration into a product of ours.

02

Platforms stand alone

Each platform is independently deployable, independently owned and independently operable. None requires access to another company’s system in order to work.

03

Integration is by documented API

Where a platform connects to something else it does so through a published interface, credentialed per customer, and removable without breaking anything.

04

Brands and data stay distinct

Separate products carry separate names, separate security boundaries and separate data. Shared engineering happens at the Rocky Dev Co level, never by quietly merging two customers’ worlds.

PLATFORMS AND PARTNERSHIPS

Interested in one of our platforms,
or in building one?

We work with operators who have the problem and the data, and with organisations that want a system of record built for their industry.
